A New Job

Well, today was my last day in my stress job. I'm happy that it's over and I get to work something more normal. Anyways, as a parting gift my replacement gave me a bottle of my favorite scotch.

I love this scotch. I think I'll have a couple tugs to celebrate getting a new job. Semper Fi.

I bought this lamp at Insadong today. I liked the color so I bought it.

I bought this pencil vase a couple of weeks ago.

Yesterday I was cutting potatoes for a big family breakfast and I accidentally sliced through my thumb. It was a deep cut that spurted good but I got it to stop bleeding and finished the meal. This is what my thumb looks like after a day of walking around Seoul. He's got some chili sauce, beer, noodle juice, and street grime. He's a trooper and carries on like nothing happened. I'll drink a scotch tonight for his bravery.
